SDCC: My Friend Dahmer trailer

My Friend Dahmer, the movie based off of the graphic of novel of the same name by Derf Backderf, about none other than the infamous serial killer, Jeffrey Dahmer, in his high school years, before he ever took a life, is yet another project to release their trailer at this year’s San Diego Comic Con.

Ross Lynch, who plays Dahmer, is known for his role on Disney Channel’s Austin and Ally, as well as the Disney Channel original movie, Teen Beach Movie, and while he certaintly looks the part, I’m sure fans of the genre may have been anxious about him playing it due to those roots. Now that we have a trailer, and a small glimpse into him in the role, if anyone did have worries, they’re surely now at ease, because he seems to definitely give off those creepy vibes.

My Friend Dahmer is said to hit theaters this fall.

I’m just your average college student who spends too much time watching movies, but I have a good excuse! I want to make my own movies someday, so really it’s like I’m studying, right? Every October, if there was a Halloween movie airing, then it was on our tv, and those didn’t terrify me. I never saw any of the Halloween films in full until later, though. The first full horror movie I watched was Jeepers Creepers when I was around 10, and the first one I watched alone was the Prom Night remake. From then on out, I didn’t stop watching them. Movies about ghosts/demons and aliens are what scare me most. Probably more so the latter. That alien segment in V/H/S 2 ,and Dark Skies are scary as hell man.
