Indiegogo: Force to Fear – 80’s style Indie Action Thriller

This looks like a great project.  We are here to let you know about a film by a friend of the Horror Syndicate, Force to Fear.  Force to Fear is looking for some supplemental funding for FX and props to make this movie kick even more ass than before.  Check out the Indiegogo and watch the video.

“Force To Fear” is an 80’s style indie action thriller. Written by Chad Bruns and Zane Hershberger. Brought to you by the team that created “The Barn” and “10/31”. Two kidnappers, a dealer, a group of college kids, and a killer converge in an abandoned school. Once they cross paths, chaos ensues, and it’s a race to survive the night.

What is it about?

It’s a story of justice and vengeance and where the lines become blurred. Can the characters avoid losing themselves on this journey, both metaphorically and literally? It’s an action thriller, not everyone’s going to make it. Who will you root for?

I can tell you, I have backed this project to get myself a DVD, but there are plenty of perks for everyone.  Click the link to support Force to Fear now!

I have been watching horror films since I was 6 years old. The story, one Saturday night, my mom and I were watching movies and she fell asleep on the couch. We had the channel set on HBO and the movie we were watching ended and the next one, A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy’s Revenge. This was some time in 1986. I watched then entire film, I was sitting on the edge of my seat. When my mom woke, she asked me what just ended and I told her, “Freddy”. That was all I talked about for weeks and finally she broke down and rented more horror films for me. She rented, the Texas Chainsaw Massacre part 2, Re-Animator, Friday the 13th VI: Jason Lives and Halloween II. I watched all and fell in love with horror films forever. 5 Horror Films to Watch Inferno (1980) A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) The Beyond (1981) Friday the 13th VI: Jason Lives (1986) Horror of Dracula (1958)
