The Thing is arguably the best horror remake ever made. How do you feel? To me, it is so much more than a remake and possibly one of the best horror films made. But, to me it transcends horror, like Jaws it is bigger than the genre. The ending is so grim and could be one of the best endings for a movie.
The Thing is available on Blu Ray now, but my copy is not great. It looks good, but not great and I have the voice syncing issue. The special features are only ok. But never fear, Scream Factory is here!
Here is the release date and all of the info. The Thing will be released September 20, 2016.
Official street date for the 2-disc Collector’s Edition Blu-ray is 9/20/16
